Shoot Location: Olympians Gym

I was born and raised in Vancouver Island BC. From when I was a great 12, I was a little skinny guy. I decided to put some muscle on so I would not get bullied perhaps, look better, be more attractive. I use to be a Triple A Hockey player, so working out became a part part of my life every day. In 2018, I received my IFBB pro Status in Classic Physique at NPC North American Championship. I have always believed in giving it 100 percent in anything you do in life. I'd like to treat my body like a temple, using supplements in moderation. Feeling good in your skin and staying youthful is my priority. In order to achieve that you must do one physical activity every day. Also, limit the sun exposure on your body, eat a healthy balanced diet. You are what you eat.

What are the most rewarding things that Fitness has brought you?

Fitness has taught me is to persevere and never give up as it is a constant journey of learning just like life. I like to inspire people to pursue a healthy life style because your health is the most precious thing you can ever have. Staying in great shape has also opened up doors to other opportunity such as fitness modelling. I've been publishes in variety of fitness publications throughout my journey.

I AM ALFA because I persevere and will never give up until I achieve my goal.

When was the most ALFA moment in your life? The most Alfa moment in my life was when a high school bully approached me 10 years after and said I'm sorry what happened between us and congrats on all your success and bodybuilding.

How have you been maintaining your emotional, mental, and physical well-being in the pandemic? During the pandemic, I have continued training hard. Healthy body leads to a healthy mind. But the pandemic has been extremely hard on the family life not going to say it has been easy.

If you had to choose any positive thing about isolation, what would it be? One of the positive thing about isolation it made me realize how material things had no relevance, and it was the relationships that had been built were important. I believe after the pandemic that the world will return back to normal with social distancing until we create a vaccine. My message to the world would be stay healthy and fit and keep your immune system strong to aid in battling covid 19 related diseases.
